With over a decade of experience in the wine and hospitality industry, I bring a
comprehensive skill set to enrich any wine-focused project. My career includes senior
roles as a Head Sommelier, Trainer, and Manager with prestigious international brands,
including Jumeirah Group in the Maldives. My passion for wine and food pairing,
cultivated through extensive studies at the University of Gastronomic Sciences in
Pollenzo (Slowfood Academy) and a Level 3 Wine Professional certification from WSET
, enables me to provide expert insights for tastings, workshops, and curated wine programs.

Beyond my roles in service, I have contributed to the Slow Food movement as Tasting
Area Manager during Expo 2015 and Project Manager, highlighting my dedication to
sustainable and authentic food and wine experiences. Now, my focus is on empowering
wine enthusiasts and businesses alike, whether through in-depth educational content or
practical solutions to common consumer challenges.
